Our Story

DAC7 Enterprises was founded in February 2008 — not in a boardroom, but in the margins of a full life.
 
Founder Daria Carter started DAC7 with a clear vision: use real estate to build something lasting. Like most real entrepreneurs, the path was not a straight line. Between raising a family, excelling in a demanding corporate career, and navigating the realities of life, DAC7 was built in stages — paused, restarted, and refined over nearly two decades.
 
What never paused was the vision.
 
In April 2025, Daria made the full commitment — bringing her corporate expertise, her operational discipline, and her real estate experience together into DAC7’s next chapter. A multi-strategy real estate company. A growing consulting practice. A business finally operating at the level it was always meant to reach.
 
That’s not a story of inconsistency. That’s a story of a founder who kept coming back — because she knew it was worth building.

I also spent years as a mother, a full-time professional, and a woman building something in the margins — because the vision for DAC7 never left me. In April 2025, I made the full commitment. And the business has not looked back.

Today, DAC7 sits at the intersection of two things I know deeply: how organizations work and how real estate creates opportunity. I currently partner with Investor Equity Funding LLC — a relationship that began as mentorship and has grown into a full operational collaboration — building their systems and shaping their seller strategy from the ground up.
