DAC7 Enterprises LLC — Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment At DAC7 Enterprises LLC, every product and service is delivered with care, professionalism, and a commitment to quality across all three divisions — DAC7 Consulting, DAC7 Real Estate, and DAC7 Digital Store. Because of the nature of our offerings — digital products, consulting services, and real estate engagements — all sales are considered final. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase or entering into any agreement with DAC7 Enterprises LLC.


1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS All digital products — including playbooks, templates, and guides available at buy.dac7ent.com — are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. Because digital files are accessible immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on any digital download.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, please contact us at info@dac7ent.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.


2. CONSULTING SERVICES & PACKAGES All consulting engagements — including hourly services, consulting packages, documentation packages, and The First 48 sessions — are governed by a Service Agreement executed at the time of purchase. The terms of that agreement, including cancellation, scope, and deliverable expectations, take precedence and are binding on both parties.

Before the Service Agreement is signed: If you need to cancel before your Service Agreement has been executed, a credit toward a future service may be issued at DAC7’s sole discretion. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@dac7ent.com within 48 hours of purchase.

After the Service Agreement is signed: Once your Service Agreement has been executed and work has commenced — including questionnaire submission, session scheduling, or any deliverable work — no refunds or credits will be issued. All terms governing scope, revisions, overages, and delivery are outlined in your signed agreement.

Deposit Policy: The following services require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase:

  • Quick Win — $997.50 deposit
  • System Builder — $1,997.50 deposit
  • Full Transformation — $4,250.00 deposit
  • DAC7 Operations Blueprint — $448.50 deposit
  • DAC7 Command Center — $825.00 deposit

The following services require full payment upfront:

  • The First 48 Standard and Guided
  • DAC7 Foundation Doc
  • All hourly consulting sessions

The remaining balance for deposit-based services is due upon delivery of final deliverables. DAC7 Enterprises LLC reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until the balance has been received in full.


3. SCOPE OVERAGES Any work performed beyond the included scope of a package is billed at $100/hr and requires written client approval before proceeding. Approved overage charges are non-refundable. Overage terms are detailed in your Service Agreement and invoiced via Stripe with Net 7 payment terms.

If payment is not received within 7 business days of the overage invoice date, work will pause immediately and a late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to the outstanding balance beginning on day 8. Work resumes within 2 business days of confirmed payment receipt.


4. REVISION POLICY Each service includes a defined revision cycle as outlined in the product description and your Service Agreement. Revision windows are as follows:

  • The First 48 Standard and Guided — 3 business days from delivery
  • DAC7 Foundation Doc — 3 business days from delivery
  • DAC7 Operations Blueprint — 5 business days from delivery
  • DAC7 Command Center — 7 business days from delivery
  • Consulting Packages — as outlined per deliverable in the signed agreement

Revision requests submitted outside the stated window are not covered under the original purchase and will be billed at $100/hr. All revision requests must be submitted in writing to info@dac7ent.com.


5. REAL ESTATE TRANSACTIONS Real estate purchase and sale transactions entered into by DAC7 Enterprises LLC as a principal buyer or investor are governed exclusively by the terms of the applicable purchase agreement executed between the parties. DAC7 Enterprises LLC’s obligations, earnest money terms, inspection periods, and cancellation rights in connection with any real estate transaction are defined in that agreement and applicable Georgia real estate law.

Real estate consulting services provided to investor clients — including seller acquisition support, CRM setup, workflow documentation, and operational infrastructure — are subject to the applicable Service Agreement and the terms of this Refund & Return Policy as outlined in Section 2.

DAC7 Enterprises LLC does not offer refunds on real estate consulting engagements once work has commenced as defined in the executed Service Agreement.


6. LATE PAYMENT POLICY For all balance invoices and overage charges across all services:

  • Payment is due within 7 business days (Net 7) of the invoice date
  • Work pauses immediately upon the expiration of the Net 7 window without payment
  • A late fee of 1.5% per month is applied to the outstanding balance beginning on day 8
  • Work resumes within 2 business days of confirmed payment receipt
  • Repeated late payment may result in termination of the engagement without refund of deposit
  • DAC7 Enterprises LLC reserves the right to withhold all deliverables — final or interim — until the account is current

7. SERVICE AGREEMENT REQUIREMENT All consulting services, packages, and documentation engagements require a fully executed Service Agreement before work begins. No deliverables will be produced, no sessions will be scheduled, and no questionnaires will be unlocked until the applicable agreement has been signed by both parties. By completing your purchase you acknowledge this requirement and agree to execute the applicable Service Agreement within 3 business days of purchase.


8. EXCEPTIONS DAC7 Enterprises LLC reserves the right to issue a refund or credit at its sole discretion in the event of a documented failure to deliver agreed-upon services as outlined in the executed Service Agreement. This does not apply to cases where client delays, incomplete questionnaires, unsigned agreements, failure to schedule required sessions, or failure to provide necessary information impact the delivery timeline.
