1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By accessing or using the DAC7 Enterprises LLC website at dac7ent.com or buy.dac7ent.com, purchasing any product or service, or engaging with DAC7 Enterprises LLC in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products or services.

2. ABOUT DAC7 ENTERPRISES LLC DAC7 Enterprises LLC is a multi-division operational consulting and real estate firm based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. DAC7 operates across three divisions:

DAC7 Consulting — process improvement, operational excellence, program management, AI automation workflows, SOP creation, and forecasting & KPIs
DAC7 Real Estate — land and property acquisitions, wholesaling, owner financing, and creative real estate solutions

3. SERVICES & PRODUCTS DAC7 Enterprises LLC offers the following categories of products and services:

DAC7 Real Estate:

Property acquisitions, land purchases, and wholesale transactions
Owner financing and creative deal structuring
Seller acquisition consulting and operational support for real estate investors

All consulting services are subject to a signed Service Agreement prior to commencement of work. Real estate transactions are subject to applicable purchase agreements and state-specific real estate laws. Digital downloads are delivered electronically upon purchase. DAC7 Enterprises LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

4. REAL ESTATE DISCLAIMER DAC7 Enterprises LLC engages in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, and creative financing as a principal — not as a licensed real estate broker or agent acting on behalf of others unless otherwise disclosed. All real estate transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable Georgia real estate laws and regulations.

DAC7 Enterprises LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers in an agency capacity unless explicitly disclosed in writing
All property offers are made as a principal buyer or investor
Real estate consulting services provided to investor clients are operational and process-focused and do not constitute licensed real estate advice
Clients seeking licensed real estate representation should consult a licensed real estate professional

5. PURCHASES & PAYMENT All purchases are processed securely through WooPayments and Stripe. By completing a purchase you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate.

Consulting packages and documentation packages requiring a deposit are subject to the 50% deposit structure outlined in the applicable Service Agreement
Full payment products are due at the time of purchase
Overage invoices are issued via Stripe and due within 7 business days (Net 7)
Late payments beyond Net 7 will result in work pausing and a late fee of 1.5% per month applied beginning on day 8
Real estate transactions are subject to separate purchase agreements and closing terms
All prices are listed in US dollars

6. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY All sales are final. Please review the DAC7 Enterprises LLC Refund & Return Policy in full before completing your purchase. By purchasing any product or service you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy. The Refund & Return Policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Real estate transactions are governed by the terms of the applicable purchase agreement.

7. SERVICE AGREEMENTS All consulting services, documentation packages, and entry point sessions require a fully executed Service Agreement before work begins. No deliverables will be produced, no sessions will be scheduled, and no questionnaires will be unlocked until the applicable agreement has been signed by both parties. Real estate transactions require execution of applicable purchase and sale agreements. By purchasing a service you agree to execute the applicable Service Agreement within 3 business days of purchase.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on dac7ent.com and buy.dac7ent.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, frameworks, methodologies, and digital products — is the property of DAC7 Enterprises LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from DAC7 Enterprises LLC without express written permission. Digital products purchased are licensed for personal or internal business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written authorization.

9. USER CONDUCT By using our website or services you agree not to:

Use our content, frameworks, or deliverables for resale or redistribution without written permission
Misrepresent your identity, property information, or business information in any questionnaire, agreement, or communication
Engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive to DAC7 Enterprises LLC or its clients
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any proprietary DAC7 methodology or digital product
Provide false or misleading property information in connection with any real estate transaction or inquiry

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS Our website and services may reference or link to third-party platforms including but not limited to Stripe, WooCommerce, Calendly, Adobe Acrobat Sign, and others. DAC7 Enterprises LLC is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party platform. Use of third-party tools is subject to their respective terms of service.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES DAC7 Enterprises LLC provides all services and digital products on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we are committed to delivering high-quality work, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding specific business outcomes, revenue results, operational performance, or real estate transaction results arising from the use of any deliverable, recommendation, or digital product.

Real estate markets are subject to change. DAC7 Enterprises LLC makes no guarantees regarding property values, transaction timelines, or investment returns in connection with any real estate engagement.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, DAC7 Enterprises LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms of Service, any purchase, any service engagement, or any real estate transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific product or service in question. DAC7 Enterprises LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

13. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAC7 Enterprises LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of our website or services, your participation in any real estate transaction, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. PRIVACY Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.

15. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
